The Springfield Parking Authority (SPA) will receive sealed bids until Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. for purchase of the parking garage and property at 41 Harrison Avenue in Springfield. The property consists of 1.75± acres of land (78,059 square feet per City records), located at Harrison Ave. and Dwight St. The structure consists of five parking levels and one on-grade level with parking for 1,232 vehicles. The total parking area for the structure is approximately 375,000 square feet.

The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be advertised beginning June 23, 2010 and will be made available to interested parties who submit written requests to:
